Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility (Within 3 Days)
We offer a 3-day return/replacement window from the date of delivery.
You may request a refund or replacement if:

You received a damaged or defective product

You received the wrong item
-
You received a product with a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

All accessories, stickers, and protective films must be intact

You must raise a request within 3 days of delivery
Note: Any claim raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Items showing signs of use
-
Customized or personalized items (if offered in the future)

Products without original packaging and accessories
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:

We will arrange a pickup or ask you to self-ship the item (depending on your pin code).

After we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the status.

If approved, refund will be processed via:

Original payment method, OR
-
Store credit (if chosen)

Refund timelines: 5–7 business days after approval.
4. Replacement Policy
You can request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
Replacement is issued only when:

The returned product passes quality inspection
-
The requested replacement model is in stock
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After 2 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped.
After Shipping
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
You may still request a return after delivery (within 3 days).
6. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders
If the delivery fails due to:

Incorrect address

Wrong phone number

Customer not available
Reshipping charges may apply. Refunds will not be processed for such cases unless the product is returned to us unused.
